Shipping policy

Delivery

Orders placed before 10:00pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 10:00pm will be processed on the following working day.

Delivery is normally within 48 hours of dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery may take slightly longer during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control. 

For a seamless delivery, please ensure someone is present to sign for the delivery.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Age verification

POA products may only be purchased and received by someone aged 18 or over. Valid photographic identification may be required at delivery.

If age verification cannot be completed, the courier may refuse delivery and additional redelivery or return charges may apply.

Delayed or damaged orders

If your order is delayed, damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@thatsjustpoa.co.uk with your order number. For damaged deliveries, please include photographs of the bottle and packaging.

Please do not consume any product if the bottle or seal appears damaged.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
